Yesterday I got up early in the morning and everything was great. But you know, of course, when the day starts out great and the way you plan it and then things make a VERY left turn. Next thing you know, it’s like, “what happened to this day?!”
Long story short, late evening rolls around and nothing’s ready for dinner, we don’t have any plan, and everybody’s like…… hey you want to get pizza?
And I was like YES!? I love pizza.
Of course I want to get pizza.
Should I eat pizza?
Probably not, but I want it anyway.
So we got pizza.
Oh boy. I am starting my reset next week and there’s definitely going to be no pizza for me for a while after that. After doing the reset the first time, I realized pizza really doesn’t agree with me- gluten and dairy, especially together… my body hates it. But I LOOOOOVE it so much. I know it's going to cause me pain and I STILL go back to it!
But I just love it. It’s so delicious. Why does it have to be so delicious?!!! It’s really annoying. It’s gooey and all perfect. We are talking about bread and cheese people, BREAD AND CHEESE!! I love bread and cheese!!
Life is about balance, I understand that. But honestly, I tell people all the time that like I look like I’m pregnant for a couple of days after I have pizza. It just destroys my stomach and I get super bloated and it’s just not cute. This is what happens to me, and it's uncomfortable. It happens *every time* and it takes forever to go away.
If you have a lot of issues and you find yourself bloating and such, it maybe something you’re eating. Even if it’s something healthy, it might not agree with you. Sometimes you might have to do a little investigating and taking things out of your diet to figure it out. I would have never figured it out had I not done the Ultimate Reset the first time and removed them from my diet. I just thought that was the way things were supposed to be. I thought you’d eat and that’s just what happens to you. I thought it was normal… But it’s NOT. When you’re eating things that your body knows how to process and utilize, it functions properly and you don’t feel terrible afterwards and you certainly do NOT bloat like that.
I will be starting my reset on Monday, and I’m going to be posting daily sharing my journey as I cleanse my body and get rid of the bloat! Over the next 3 weeks I am going to show you how the right FOOD can transform your body. This is going to be great!!
