Coaches are just people working on their own health and fitness journey or want to inspire and support others to do the same! We share about our journey, the good, the bad and the ugly because that is the REAL LIFE version. There will always be ups and downs, but as long as you don't give up, you will always win. Our team is there to make sure you ALWAYS go after your goals!
Who we are not...
Believe it or not we are not health and fitness experts! We are not salespeople, we are not business professionals, we are just people who found "our people"! We enjoy being in a community surrounded by others who are also on a mission to improve their life in all areas.
What we do as coaches...
First and foremost we make our own health journey a priority. We cannot inspire others to work on themselves if we are not doing the work ourselves. We set up groups for our challengers and provide them with daily accountability, motivation, inspriation and support along the way. We work every day on improving ourselves so we can empower others to continue their growth.
